Scope of Agreement
These terms are valid through all modes of booking that include:
- Direct website booking.
- Booking made by an affiliated link or third party.
- Support team.
- Through promotional or partner services.
Our Role as an Agent
Travio World solely operates as a booking agent, as we facilitate tours, tickets, hotels, accommodation, and food. All the necessary information will be mentioned on your booking confirmation and voucher.
Supplier Terms & Conditions
The responsibility of reviewing amenities and services has to be borne by the client. In case of any dispute or objection between Travio World, the supplier's terms will be implied as we act as an agent.
Prices & Product
Please note that prices and services mentioned on our site are subject to change. The reason might be due to fluctuation from the supplier or seasonal change. Moreover, the price fluctuations may also occur even after the booking; any updates will be conveyed promptly.
All the prices mentioned are quoted per person; any alteration will already be mentioned. Travio World and its partner reserve the right to change the availability, description, facilities, timings, or prices at any moment without prior notice.
Changes to Your Booking
If the supplier changes the price, the following protocols will be followed.
- We will notify you as soon as the updated rates are conveyed.
- You can either accept or reject the new quotation. If you choose to reject the standard cancellation policy, conditions will be implied.
- Travio World will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or deficit in expenses.
Force Majeure/Circumstances Beyond Control
In case of circumstances that are beyond our control, we will not be held responsible. It includes:
- Weather disruption
- Natural calamity
- Changes in state/foreign policy
- Government rules & regulations
- Technical failure
- Strike or labour issue
- Health emergency or epidemic
- Civil unrest
- War or terrorism
Hence, no compensation under such situations.
Complaints & Service Issue
In case of any discomfort or problem with services, immediately report it to the supplier. Otherwise, report it to Travio World immediately. If you fail to report in a timely manner, we will not be held responsible nor provide you any compensation if required.
Mode of Payment & Pricing Conditions
Accepted modes of payment are:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Cash
- UPI
- Maestro
- Razorback
- American Express
In some itineraries, full advance payment would be required. Travio World does not charge any additional or hidden fees.
Additional charges may include:
- Parking fees
- Baggage fees
- Entrance fees
- Local taxes
- Meals
- Visa charges
Or anything that is not mentioned in the package.
Special Requests
In case of any special requests, like medical facility, dietary plan, or language preference, they must be informed before bookings. However, the guarantee of fulfillment is not guaranteed.
Changes Before Booking
You have a window to make changes in your bookings. To initiate that, previous bookings need to be canceled, and cancellation rates will be implied. New booking prices will be based on the current price, which can fluctuate.
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel service due to low participation and operational challenges. In case of overlapping booking or user error, we are not responsible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy differs from supplier to supplier, and that needs to be followed. Refunds will be initiated in the same mode of payment through which payments were made.
Moreover, we cannot facilitate cancellation if the booking is still pending. Clients are responsible for any cancellation fees that need to be checked before initiating cancellation.
Financial Protection
The amount paid to Travio World is protected under these scenarios.
In the unlikely event that a company goes insolvent, refunds will be initiated as per legal requirements.
Customers are required to retain receipts, vouchers, and Booking documents to claim refunds.
Liability of Travio World
Since we are an agent, we are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, delay, damage, or death caused by the supplier. We are also not responsible for government actions, weather issues, operational failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance
We recommend taking travel insurance with the tour package to completely cover your vacation. It covers:
- Accidents
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergency
- Theft
- Personal liability
- Delay
In case of any uninsured incident, Travio World is not responsible.
Travel Voucher
Once all of your services are confirmed, you will be presented with the voucher. It is your responsibility to download and keep a printout of the voucher to claim those services.
Those vouchers must be presented with valid ID proof to claim those services. In case of any misalignment between the information on the ID card and the voucher, the supplier may refuse to provide the services.
Vouchers will be confiscated if fraudulent or mismatched information is presented.
Customer Responsibilities
Once you book with us, you have to take the responsibility of:
- Providing accurate details
- Ensuring all documents are valid
- Behaving responsibly
- Following the locals as well as the supplier rules.
In case of inappropriate behavior, the supplier may refuse to provide the services. You agree to indemnify Travio World against any claim, loss, or penalty arising from
- Breach of the code of conduct.
- Any violent actions during Travel.
- Violations of rights.
Hotel Bookings
Please note that customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming hotel bookings. It includes:
- Amenities
- Room details
- Meal plan
- Reviews
- Additional charges
- Parking
- Facilities
In case of any dispute or difference in services, Travio World is not liable.
Airport Transfer
Accurate details are required to be submitted that include:
- Flight number
- Seat number
- Arrival time
- Hotel address
In case of failure to provide such details on time, the services will be void, and no refunds will be initiated.
Agreement Between Travio World & Suppliers
Travio World is just a channel connecting customers with suppliers. We have no direct relation or preferences with them; these terms govern the booking relationship:
- Supplier providing accommodation, transport, tours, or services.
- You and your members.
Travio World facilitates the connection but does not own or control the services offered by suppliers.
